Running a speed dating event
You are welcome to attend as many speed dating events as you wish. Most people that attend events are new to speed dating so you are unlikely to ever meet the same people twice at our events. We have found around 40% of our clients come on their own.Typically our clients are young professionals that simply don't have the time to meet as many new people as they would like.In my opinion, it’s the only way you can tell if you have that special chemistry with sometime." Sarah – Oxford "I stumbled across an advert for slow dating and since I started I haven't looked back!It is lovely meeting everyone who is out there trying something new to meet new people and hopefully find something a little bit more.Offering people, the opportunity to meet local singles is very exciting!
You will get one minute to make your mind up between dates. The evenings are always good fun to host and it's always lovely to see people leaving with a happy smile on their face." Colin – London "I host Speeddating, boat parties and Lock and Key parties in various London nightclubs for Slowdating LTD now and then.As well as hosting, I get people mingling by doing my magic tricks, and chatting about my experiences, adventures and extreme sports around the 40 odd countries that I’ve travelled and 70 things on my bucket list completed." Jo – Exeter "I enjoy being a slow dating host because I passionately believe in the value of good fashioned old face to face contact!Don't forget you don't have to totally make up your mind until the next day when you enter your matches online.Yes, of course, although they will not be able to stay in the room after the dating event starts. By then you will have already started to meet plenty of people.
